The Lighthouse Project partners with schools, colleges, and universities to bring real conversations around safety, lived experience, and prevention into education, while creating meaningful opportunities for students to be part of building something real.

Students—especially young women—are navigating environments where safety is not guaranteed.

• Over 50% of female students report feeling unsafe walking alone at night
   
• Many incidents go unreported due to lack of trust, support, or clarity on what to do
   
• Conversations around safety often happen too late—or not at all
   

We believe education should include not just awareness—but preparation, understanding, and real-world solutions.

 Talks & Workshops

We deliver honest, impactful sessions focused on:

• Women’s safety and lived experiences
   
• Recognizing risk and early warning signs
   
• Navigating real-world situations
   
• Breaking the silence around difficult conversations
   

These are not generic talks—they are grounded, real, and designed to stay with students long after the session ends.

 We provide opportunities for students to gain real-world experience while contributing to something meaningful. internships that could lead to employment opportunities.

This includes:

• Supporting outreach initiatives
   
• Assisting with research and development
   
• Contributing to content, awareness, and social impact work
   
• Participating in the early development of the Lighthouse platform
